Sioux City Sillies Alley 185 is a non profit organization affiliated with Clowns of America international.  They have a mission to bring smiles and share laughter with the greater Siouxland area.  Meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at the city hall in Moville, Iowa.  Find the best of Northwest Iowa Clowns here.
